Portrait Sessions begin at $100 when conducted at my studio and location sessions in surrounding cities begin at $150. The session fee is due at the time of the sitting. Payment for enlargements is due when placing an order. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
The studio is located in a cottage on our property and provides a comfortable atmosphere in which to create meaningful images to enjoy for a lifetime. Studio sessions are recommended for infants and babies and we take all the time needed to ensure the portrait session is successful. Working in the studio, lighting can be controlled, portraits can be created any time of day, and there is no worry about weather conditions causing cancellations.
There are also outdoor areas for photography adjacent to the studio. Outdoor portraits are best when made late in the day--about an hour or two before sunset.
Clothing is also important to the success of your portrait. A planning session can be scheduled before your portrait session to discuss clothing options. Solid colors are best, sleeves are recommended, and groups should have a consultation to ensure clothing selections are suitable.
